where does digital culture come from?

From teleytpe machines, rotary phones and computers the size of your living room. Anything goes. Excavated from the treasure troves of Faris Yakob, Chief Tech Strategist geek at McCann NY.

Cole Porter would be proud to know his work is the soundtrack for this wonderful work. Great job, Faris.

wonderful video. reminds me of GE's House of Tomorrow @ Disneyland in the old days (fifties/sixties) when I was growing up. Everything was possible.

@Bill Mitchell Yes, wouldn't Cole be proud? Faris didn't actually make the video, but he found it which is the reason I thank him.

@California Girl Oh, House of Tomorrow! One of my favorites too! First seen at 1964 World's Fair :)

I actually got STUCK for an hour in the House of Tomorrow At Disney in Orlando in the 70's. It had just opened & the bugs weren't out. Hilarious. The table kept turning. Saw the show maybe three or four times.

A few years later got stuck for another hour(with two young kids) in a boat inside "It's a small world" The traumatic experience forever haunted my my view of Holland and the "Small World" jingle.

Funny story about the House of Tomorrow. As for Small World, took that trip one too many times and finally went through it loaded on weed as a teenager. (rotten kid!) That made me so crazy, I never went on that damn ride again. The song wouldn't stop playing in my head. Over and over....
