There's something known as perfect pitch. That's people who can hear any random note and tell you exactly which note that is. Thing is if you have an instrument that's out of tune, these people will literally cringe and be in some type of pain. The same happens to copywriters when we see a heinous typo (heaven forbid it to be ours). My comment is that why are menus one of the most active places to find typos. I'm talking about retarded dumbshit mistakes a 4th grader wouldn't make. Not only that, now I see that there is culinary alchemy with your latest find. Insane....
